1. Unified Access to IDX Data
   Access MLS listings from as few to as many as you require. We have IDX feeds from all available MLS boards, providing a consistent Application Programming Interface (API). This technology essentially searches and pools MLS information giving you quick, easy access to all listings.
2. Pay only for what you use
   It doesn't matter if your site receive relativly few IDX searches a month or receives a large amount of searches per month. GetYourIDX has a plan to suit your site and budget.
3. GetYourIDX utilizes the cloud.
   Having the right technology at your fingerprints that is geographically dispersed and able to handle large volumes of traffic is known as "Cloud Computing." GetYourIDX will handle even the largest spikes in traffic. Our architecture is designed to handle more that a million IDX searches per day, nearly equal to the number of daily visitors to Realtor.com
4. Average 400 millisecond response
   We strive to handle all searches we receive from you in less than 1 second (current average is 300-400 msec.), meaning your visitors wait less for the information they want. We will continue to optmize every aspect of the GetYourIDX.com service and strive to make it faster.
5. Scalable
   GetYourIDX has been built with large and small scales in mind. We can add more MLS feeds on demand without you having to make coding changes.
