GetYourIDX.com pricing has been setup to be both scalable and accessable to both small brokers who recieve a relativly small number of IDX searches per month and to large brokers who wish to perform a large number of IDX searches per month. The prices indicated below are specified per mls board, to access data from multiple MLS boards requires a subscription to each of the MLS board.

When you use GetYourIDX to display IDX listings on your web site the pricing is based on API Calls. An API Call is defined as any request to GetYourIDX which successfully returns one or more properties to be displayed on your website. For example, if a web ste visitor uses the search form to search for properties this equals one API Call. If the web site visitor clicks on 5 properties and a further request is made to the GetYourIDX for the information on those properties then that would incur 5 additional API Calls.
In reality, your web application will not make a call to GetYourIDX on every page view. Session based caching of the results can be easily incorported to reduce the number of API calls made, for example, you could to return the first 20 property results and cache these results locally. When the web site visitor requires more information on a property you can use your locally cached results to generate the pages. Reducing the number of API Calls made to the GetYourIDX API.
Our limits are soft caps, this means that if you trickle over your limit then we won't disable or block access to the service, if you consistently go over your limit we will notify you by phone or email and we may recommend you upgrade your plan.
